Hello! This is Chu.
I am an animation director, illustrator, and motion designer with over 10 years of experience. Originally from Taiwan, I now live in the big smoke, London.
With animation as my BA major, I worked in the Motion Graphics field after graduation. After years of working, I decided to pursue my master’s degree in Narrative Animation at the Royal College of Art. My graduate film, Minus Plus Multiply, has been screened at various prestigious film festivals, such as Annecy Int’l Animation Film Festival and Animafest Zagreb, and won the Most Promising Filmmaker Award at the Ann Arbor Film Festival.
My commercial work ranged from animation, motion graphics, design packaging, to illustration. Some animation projects have won awards such as the ADC Award, Muse Award, and International Motion Art Award. And all these years I have been fortunate to work with clients such as LinkedIn, BBC, Pfizer, RedBull, Kotex and Google.
